This Privacy Policy describes how ENKORA GROUP LLC ("ENKORA," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you visit the ENKORA website, request a quotation, apply for a Trade Account, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with ENKORA. It applies to the ENKORA website, online store and related services.
What This Website Collects Today
We want this to be concrete:
- Request forms. When you request a quote, apply for a Trade Account or ask about a product, we receive what you enter — typically your name, company, role, email, phone number, project details and the products on your request — and keep a copy of the submission so it is not lost.
- Your project list and comparisons stay in your browser. Products you add to your project list or to Compare are stored in your own browser, not sent to us, until you choose to submit a request.
- No online payments at present. Orders are currently arranged by quotation. When online ordering is offered, card payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and ENKORA will not store full card numbers.
- Analytics only if enabled. We may use privacy-focused website analytics to understand which pages are useful. See our Cookie Policy for what is currently in use.

Where the Information Comes From
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the website, and from service providers that help us operate — hosting and e-commerce providers, payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment providers, analytics providers, and business partners where permitted by law.
How We Use Information
- Quotations, projects and trade accounts — preparing quotations and project pricing, reviewing Trade Account applications, verifying resale or tax-exempt documentation.
- Orders — processing orders and payments, shipping, tracking, returns, Store Credit and warranty obligations.
- Customer service — answering questions, technical support, RMA requests, warranty claims and order issues.
- Improving the website and our range — understanding website use, page performance, product interest and service development.
- Marketing — sending product and trade updates where permitted, and measuring campaign performance. You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in the message; transactional messages about orders, shipping, returns and warranty will still be sent.
- Security and fraud prevention — protecting the website, accounts and transactions, and investigating unauthorized activity.
- Legal and accounting — complying with law, keeping tax and accounting records, responding to lawful requests, resolving disputes and protecting our rights.

Our use of cookies, browser storage and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with:
- hosting, cloud and e-commerce providers;
- email and communication providers, including the service that delivers website form submissions to our team;
- payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment providers;
- accounting, tax and customer-service systems;

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or sale of assets, and where required by law, legal process or a lawful government request.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
ENKORA does not sell personal information for money. Under some state laws, the use of certain advertising or analytics technologies can be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising," even without payment. Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out, you may do so by contacting us.
Where Information Is Processed
Our website and service providers may process and store information on servers located outside your state or outside the United States. We use service providers that protect information with appropriate safeguards.

Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is held.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
