Flexible LED Sheets
Cuttable light sheets for stretch ceilings, backlit stone and curves.
Lighting a surface, not a line
A flexible LED sheet spreads LEDs across an area instead of along a line. Behind onyx, translucent quartz or a printed lightbox face, that grid gives an even field of light that parallel strips struggle to match without visible banding.
The panel is only half the result. The stone's thickness and veining and the depth of the cavity behind it decide whether the surface glows evenly or shows hot spots, so the right depth comes from a test on the actual slab rather than a rule of thumb.
Plan the feeds with the fabricator. Sheets cut to an irregular outline become separate sections, each with its own connection, and those leads have to reach a driver that stays accessible after the surface is installed.
Common questions
What are flexible LED sheets used for?
Even backlighting behind a translucent surface: onyx and stone panels, backlit countertops and bar fronts, lightboxes, signage and stretch ceilings. A sheet covers an area with a grid of LEDs, which spreads light more evenly than parallel strips.
How far behind the stone should an LED sheet sit?
It depends on the stone's thickness and translucency and on the sheet's LED spacing. Too close shows hot spots; too far wastes light. Test a sample of the actual slab before fixing the cavity depth.
Can flexible LED sheets be cut?
Cuttable sheets can be trimmed along their marked lines, which lets one product fill irregular shapes. Each section needs its own feed, so plan the wiring before cutting.
