RGB + Tunable White

RGB+CCT carries five channels: three colors plus warm and cool white. It is the most capable strip format available and the most demanding to install — one run can produce saturated color, any white between roughly 2700K and 6500K, and the transitions between them.

Specify it where a single architectural line has to do everything and there is no second run to fall back on: feature walls, high-end residential where the client wants one system, hospitality where the same cove serves lunch service and a late bar.

Five channels means a five-channel controller, five conductors, and a driver sized for the full load with every channel lit. It also means more to commission — someone has to set the scenes, and a system nobody programmed defaults to whatever the controller booted with.
